I am offering the experience what it’s really like to be nourished your body and heart through my food for the retreats & teachers trainings all around the world.

Being yoga practitioner myself, I am creating events and retreats focusing on food and yoga.

Also I am proposing the healthy, sustainable, high conscious lifestyle for us and the earth and the future through my teaching raw or cooking workshop and training around the world by sharing love and knowledge or whatever I have within.

It is a bliss to have the opportunity to contribute myself in this way and it is absolutely my joy and passion.

As yoga transforms you, so does my food :), I guarantee.

 

my experience

From early in my age, I d been experimenting tofu dessert and cheese without daily etc., so my enthusiasm toward the healthy food lead me into the natural food cooking carrier naturally.

Working in the vegan cafe in Tokyo established my basic of vegan cuisine after 4 years in the world wide delicatessen style cafe in Tokyo.

Having studied macrobiotic at Lima Cooking School in Tokyo, self-studied natural hygiene and plant base nutrition, I found myself in the raw food lifestyle even before i started learning it.

2006, started travelling at the same time I started yoga to india, bali,Thailand, Australia and NZland for yoga and cooking.

2007-11, i cooked/uncooked in the Purple Valley Yoga Retreat Centre in Goa, India, 6 months in a year.

2009&10, through assisting raw food chefs in Bali and working in the raw food cafe in Australia, i established raw food chef carrier.

2010&11, catered as a raw food chef for Vibrant Living yoga teacher training and Samudra retreat, organized a few yoga retreats in Bali, catered for yoga retreat in Europe and teacher training in the United States.

Now I regularly cater in Bali for Vibrant Living yoga teacher training and Samudra Retreat,  in India and Europe for the retreat and training, also teach vegan/raw workshops and training internationally, offer menu consulting & staff training  for the restaurant and cafes.
