6 raw Nori sheets
1 1/2 ripe big avocado, thinly sliced
1 1/2 carrot, spiralized or julienned
1/2 cabbage, julienned
2 bell pepper , julienned
3 cucumbers, julienned
…..or any sort of vegetable in the fridge!!

For assembling, take the nori sheet, place all the ingredients and roll, put a bit of water on the edges to seal the nori, then bite! Like a burrito or
cut into 6 like a proper sushi roll. Serve with tahini ginger dipping sauce
Japanese -“tuna”- pate with sunflower seed
(Y:1 1/2 cup)
2 cups sun flower seed, soaked 4 hours
1/2 cup water if necessary
1/2 cup celery,chopped
1/2 cup spring onion,chopped
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp dried wakame, soaked in 4 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp roasted sesame oil,2 tbsp lemon juice
Blend and pulse all apart from celery and sprind onion in the food processer until to get “tuna” texture, Add
celeryand spring onion then mix by hand in the bowl.
Sesame ginger dipping sauce
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1table spoon ginger, grated
Blend together until smooth
Complete seaweed salad with orange marinated dark green & mushroom & goji

2 bunches Salad spinach or any other dark greens, washed and cut into small
2 bunches any dark greens like bok choy, arugula, etc, washed and cut into small
1 bunch green leaf lettuce or romaine lettuce, washed and cut into small
1 Red bell pepper, julienned
2 orange, cut into small
2 cups any kind of mixture of sprout
1 handful Wakame, soaked in water
1 handful hijiki, soaked in water , then marinated with A
1/2 cup dried shiitake mushroom, soaked, sliced and marinated with B
1 handful pine nut
1 handful goji berry
marinate A
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup orange juice
2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
Pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all
marinate B
2 tbsp soy-saoyce
1 tbsp yuzu juice
1 tbsp maple
Mix all
mexican stuff
Tortilla de chapatti
2 cups Whole meal wheat flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Sunflower oil
1/2~1/3 Water or as required
Place flour , salt and oil in a bowl, gradually add water and knead well for 3~5 minutes.
Leave it for half an hour.
Make a small ball, dash a lillte additional flour on the rolling board, roll into thin, flat 5 inches round, roast in the dried pan on both side.
Keep it in the warmer till it is served.

1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 1/2 teaspoon agave or honey
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked salt
Pulse in the food processer
Then add...
1 cups cherry tomato, chunked
Pulse well.
Cashew sour cream
2 cups cashew nut, soaked for 8 hours
2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoon water
Blend all till smooth.

1 avocado
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1~2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Jalapenos or fresh chili
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 clove garlic
Pulse in the food processer
