Green smoothy( for 4 p/ 900 ml)

Boots you up for a day with this!  dark green vegetable has lot of well digestible, observable protein and lots of minerals and vitamins

 

Green powder( spirulina, green barley, kale)   1~2 T

Frozen banana 300g

Frozen pineapple 200g

Water 400cc~

 

Blend all till well smooth

fig hemp cacao smoothy(Y:serve 4)
I love the combination if fig and hemp!


3 tbsp shelled hemp seed
4 fresh fig (or 1/4 cup chopped dried fig, soaked in water)
1~2 tbsp raw Cacao powder
1tsp vanilla extract
1cups water( or fig soaked water)
1 cups ice cube
(option:1~2 table spoon Maple syrup)

Blend all in a high power blender.

Creamy Peach shake

Peach is in season! Got a do something with it! It s a dreamy yummy shakey cream. Have a nice one!


2 big ripe peach , peeled, pitted
1/2 cup cashew, soaked 8 hours
1tsp maca powder
1tsp lucuma
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cups water
1 cups of ice cube
(option:1~2 table spoon Maple syrup)

Blend all in a high power blender.

 Masala Soy Chai

 

3 cups water

1 cup soymilk

4 tablespoon jaggry (or any sweetener you like) or to taste

3 cardamom pod, smashed

5 Black pepper, smashed

1 stick Cinnamon, break into small

1 inch Fresh ginger, smashed

1 1/2 tablespoon black tea

 

Boil water with spices, add tea leaves and jaggry when it boiled, lower the heat and simmer for a few minutes, add soymilk and bring to boil, turn the heat off, cover for a few minutes. Strain to serve.
