chocolate bliss ball

everybody ask me for the secret of my bliss ball so i confess here.

Unfortunately, there is no recipe for this kind of bliss ball, but i can share my favorte mixture, indeed, you can make thousands of variety.

Basic ingredients are nut and seeds, dried fruits, some spices for a nice kick, chocolate, cacao beans ,carob if you like chocolate flavour. dates helps to combine the mixture, so does nuts butters, it will give the body very rich. coconuts, orange peel , lemon peel, vanilla, mint, almond extract will make it a special.

Put everything apart from dates or nut butter in the food processer to blend into the texture you like, add dates paste or nut butter at the end.

Have fun creating your own special goodies!
